What this service is
ConstruQthor is a platform to build, publish and run websites and QR codes, provided by {{LEGAL ENTITY}}.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for whatever is done from your account.
An account can be suspended if it is used for anything unlawful or to harm the platform or other customers.
Your content is yours
What you publish on your Sites stays yours. The platform only hosts and serves it in order to provide the service.
You are responsible for having the right to use the texts and images you upload.
Plans and payments
The prices and limits of each plan are the ones shown on the pricing page at the time of subscribing.
Today payment is recorded by hand (a bank transfer or a payment outside the platform) and the invoice stays pending until it is confirmed; once there is a payment gateway it will be stated during checkout.
On cancellation the plan stays active until the paid period ends and the account then moves to the free plan. Anything above its limits is kept, but no more can be created.
Availability
We work to keep the service always available, but there is no availability commitment (SLA) with compensation yet. When there is one, it will be published here.
Governing law
This service is governed by the law of {{JURISDICTION}}, and any dispute is submitted to its courts.
