Who the controller is

What data is processed
Your account: name, email, language and, if you fill them in, phone and country. The password itself is never stored: only its cryptographic hash (Argon2id), which cannot be reversed.
Your security: the IP address and browser you sign in with and use for sensitive actions, in an audit log.
Your Sites: whatever you write in them.
Dynamic QR codes: the date of each scan and the device category (phone, tablet or computer). The scanner’s IP, browser and country are never stored.
Your billing: the plan, the periods and the amounts.
What it is processed for
To provide the service you signed up for (performance of the contract).
To protect accounts and be able to investigate unauthorised access (legitimate interest in security).
To meet the accounting and tax obligations of invoicing (legal obligation).
It is never used for advertising, no profiling is done and nothing is sold to anyone.
How long it is kept
Account data, for as long as the account exists. Deleting the account deletes it.
Invoices, for the period accounting rules require.
The audit log, for as long as the account exists. {{AUDIT RETENTION PERIOD}}
Who else sees it
The platform is self-hosted: the database and the files live at {{HOSTING PROVIDER}} and no data is sent to third-party services for it to work.
Once a payment gateway is connected, the payment processor will process the payment data as a processor, and will be named here.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to hola@construqthor.com.
If you believe your request was not handled properly, you can complain to {{SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY}}.
